GreenTree Global stands out at IGBC GreenTech Summit 2024

CII - IGBC hosted the 2nd edition of the GreenTech Summit 2024 under the theme "Blueprint for Tomorrow: Decarbonizing the Built Environment," on April 12th, 2024, at The Lalit Hotel in New Delhi. This summit, curated by CII IGBC, serves as a platform for industry players and stakeholders to explore practical solutions, hurdles, and tactics in decarbonizing the built environment. The main aim is to achieve net-zero energy, water, waste to landfill, and carbon emissions, paving the way for a sustainable future.

The summit featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops showcasing green building products and solutions. Overall, it aimed to serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and fostering collaborations to drive sustainable development in the construction sector.

The event drew more than 150 participants from a variety of organizations and the real estate sector. IGBC extended invitations to the consultant teams for the Green Summit organized by them. Additionally, felicitation ceremonies were held for all the prominent projects. One of the prominent projects showcased during the event was GreenOak, developed by BPTP.

During the felicitation proceedings, BPTP, along with GreenTree Global, accepted the prestigious IGBC Gold Rating for GreenOak. This project, located in the heart of Gurugram, was recognized for its remarkable engineering achievements. GreenOak is a real estate project developed by BPTP, committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The project underwent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) certification through GRESB, a global benchmark for real assets. GreenTree Global worked as a consultant in this project which stands as a testament to the transformative power of collaborative sustainability efforts. Together, we have revolutionized real estate development, setting new standards in environmental stewardship, social well-being, and governance excellence. GreenTree's technical assistance has played a pivotal role in achieving the highest ratings from GRESB and fulfilling all certification requirements, underscoring our commitment to sustainability leadership.
