The transition and development of green projects for green certification is a must to reduce future resource demands. One such project is INDOSAM 75, located in Noida Sector 75. Green Parameters in IndoSam 75

INDOSAM 75, Noida is an exceptional example of Green Homes, which provides all the components of Triple Bottom Line, from site selection and design to operation and maintenance, occupancy, and post occupancy. Featured in the complex are four towers that accommodate 2 BHK's, 3 BHK's, and 4 BHK's with varying heights from 13 stories to 18 stories.

A major direction during the monsoon is usually found in east to west or north to south, and the building blocks have been located accordingly. The central lush green area acts as a wind captivator that disperses wind in all directions.

In a composite climate, the site saves 13.5% of energy cost over the base case. During the pre- and post-occupation periods, the project made sure to use CFC-free equipment.

To produce the on-site renewable energy, solar panels have been installed over the site and can provide 51% of the total energy consumption.

In addition to the universal design, each block and fold in the building are self-shaded every year. In addition to providing shade in the central courtyard, towers C and D weigh 18 stories and enhance the look of the entire site.

Major water efficiency systems adapted:

Through rain-water harvesting, team members managed to capture 95% of the rainwater from roofs and non-roof areas.

A 60% cover of drought-tolerant plants was promoted by limiting turf areas and promoting drought-tolerant plants. By using drip irrigation, a central shut-off valve system, and efficient plumbing fixtures, it was possible to reduce annual water consumption by 41%.

Locally available materials and recycled materials, which constitutes 35% of total construction costs, have helped reduce the project's embodied energy.

INDOSAM 75 practices separation of dry trash from wet trash from door to door. The organic or the wet waste collected from door to door are used within the premises.

Organic Waste Converter also occupy the site, which turns 552 kilograms of organic wastes into 138 kilograms of compost every day. In addition to the landscape on the site, the compost generated is distributed to the District Compost Collectors.

Indosam 75, has been sure of facilitating the IEQ’s through proper ventilations, declaring corridors, lobby, lifts etc. as ‘Non Smoking’ zones, 84% of the commonly occupied area with proper daylighting.
