Mr. Pradeep Kumar is an acknowledged expert in the domain of Energy Efficiency (EE)
with
more than 22 years of experience ranging from technical expertise in design,
development &
implementation of EE programs to market development, barrier mitigation,
techno-economic
feasibility studies, innovative financing and strategic plan development. He has
made this
expertise available to the community through various advocacy program initiatives in
the
areas of energy efficiency, sustainable development, clean energy & climate-change
mitigation programs.
He is one of India’s foremost experts in measurement & verification (M&V), and as
such has
been instrumental in the development of various energy & cost savings projects,
notably
India’s first Super ESCO business plan for EESL. With his industry spanning
experience, he
has provided strategic & technical advice at multiple levels of government
initiatives, as
well as helped develop international programs in association with agencies such as;
USAID,
IRG, REEEP, The World Bank, IFC, DOE-USA, UNIDO and KfW. His expertise includes EE
program
in municipal sector, building code, SME cluster, water & wastewater, street lighting
and EE
procurement.
A Mechanical Engineer by training, he did his post-graduation in energy engineering.
He is a
Certified M&V Professional (CMVP) by AEE, USA and has published many papers and
articles on
EE , M&V and carbon financing. Mr. Kumar has served for 12 years at the Alliance to
Save
Energy India office, including as Director.

Mr. R K Chugh is an experienced Business leader with a demonstrated history of
working in Electrical & Electronics industry. High on intellectual capability &
strategic approach, he is highly reckoned for proficiency across various
responsibilities & leadership profiles he has held at senior management levels. He
has extensive experience spanning over 40 years in Smart Grid, Power Transmission &
Distribution.
He is an alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering & later completed MDP from IIMA &
IIMB. As part of 4 decades of professional experience, he steered & guided the teams
through various business cycles i.e. Startups, Growth ventures & restructuring.
He was instrumental in setting up twin state of the art Global factories at Goa for
Siemens’ Smart Grids & Medium Voltage Gas insulated products & systems. At present,
he serves as Executive Vice President of Siemens India apart from serving as
President of IEEMA for the year 2019-20. He is also involved with various other
Industry associations such as CII, FICCI etc.
He is also the recipient of several Awards in India & Germany (Global CEO Awards)
for meritorious performance. He was also bestowed with Life time Achievement award
by Head Quarters in Germany for excellence in business.

Mr. Sandeep Narang, is part of GreenTree Global as Technical Advisor of the company. He is a dynamic, self-driven and accomplished professional with experience of over 30 years in heading Civil Projects across all functional verticals of the industry like Contracting, Project Management, Real Estate and Client Service. He holds a BE in Civil Engineering, and is presently working as a Technical Consultant in the field of Construction Sector - Air Quality Monitoring with WRI India and Senior Sustainability Specialist in the Built Environment. He has extensive experience in the field of the design and construction of green buildings. Prior to this, he was a Senior Advisor with ASSOCHAM under the Council for Green and Eco Friendly Movement (CGEM), a member of the Indian Institute of Lean Construction Excellence. Additionally, he is the core member of the Green Footprint Expansion Committee, the IGBC Delhi Chapter and the IGBC Western UP Chapter.
With core expertise on Energy Efficiency Implementation, Anurag Bajpai is heading
the
technical division of GreenTree Global.
His work assignments include working with BEE, NTPC, BHEL, CPWD, AAI, USAID,
UNDP,
GIZ, CLASP, PWD, NBCC, SDAs, Railways, and Metro etc. He is a certified
Measurement
& Versification professional (CMVP) by AEE, a certified GRIHA Evaluator, IGBC
AP,
and an ECBC Expert empanelled with Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). Besides,
he
also serves as a board member of International Building Performance and
Simulation
Association (IBPSA India) and a member of core committee of ECBC, GRIHA, IGBC &
SEEM
India. He has previously worked with Siemens Power & USAID ECO-III project. He
holds
a Bachelor Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and PGDM from IMT
Ghaziabad.
An experienced professional with 11+ years of experience in the engineering
industry, Mr. Dhruv Jain is responsible for business expansion of GreenTree in
the
western and southern part if the country. He has also been instrumental in
driving
newer initiatives like Market Research & Energy Monitoring Solutions in the
organisation.
An IIM Ahmedabad alumni, he graduated with a BE degree in Electrical Engineering
from Thapar University. He has an extensive experience in the corporate sector
in
India and Europe working across roles in Engineering, Sales, Strategy, Finance
and
Project Management. He worked with Siemens India for 6 years as part of the
Global
Talent Group. Prior to this, he was also part of the Hinduja Group’s flagship
leadership program in India. His global assignments include stints at Renewable
Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP), Vienna and Siemens VAI Gmbh in
Linz, Austria.
