You may choose to reschedule your participation provided you have not already been assigned a slot within the next three days. The assigned slot may also change if the number of registrants for a slot falls below the minimum limit of 30.

Rescheduling is not possible for candidates whose refresher course has been scheduled within the next three days.

If the number of participation for a class remains less than 30 two days before it is scheduled to take place, Greentree will reschedule the class and inform the participants by email. Otherwise participants will be emailed the details of the venue etc.
